Teaching app
FMR Codex — a public walkthrough of full-mouth implantoprosthetics.
When many teeth are failing or already gone, the plan has to name the whole mouth: what stays, what is extracted, where implants belong, and whether gum and bone can carry the bite. This is that sequence, taught in public.
Educational. Not a medical device. Not a diagnosis of a named patient. Pathway scores in the app are a teaching model, not trial results.
Educational and illustrative teaching models. Not a medical device. Not for diagnosis, treatment planning, or patient-specific simulation.
The live silica-steel app is being hung on that host. It is not answering yet. This page is the teaching door until it does. codex.periomechanics.com
The workflow app lives in a private GitHub pull request. It may 404 if you are not signed in.
The workflow
Sequence, not a shop window
Full-mouth implantoprosthetics is a constraint problem. Residual teeth, ridge form, occlusion, the prosthetic envelope, and a perfused periodontium are not separate appointments. The Codex walks a teaching sequence — assessment, keep versus extract, implant sites as load paths, provisionalization, and a prosthetic plan the tissues have to survive. The clinical workflow logic is the same as the lab app. Scores on a pathway are a teaching model. They are not trial results and they are not a plan for a mouth I have not examined.
